Turban Heavy Präzipress 140 mm – top-tier reloading press with maximum stiffness

The Turban Heavy Präzipress 140 mm is a highly precise single-stage press using linear-guidance technology with maximum centring accuracy between the shell-holder and the die mount. The press is built around a massive O-frame structure with three hardened guide columns between the base and head plates. A centring slide runs on these columns and keeps the ram perfectly centred over the full length of travel. This creates a triple guide across the entire stroke height instead of the usual single guide in the base plate.

Conventional cast presses typically achieve accuracy on the order of about 0.1 mm. The Präzipress reduces this play to roughly 0.01 mm, making it approximately ten times more precise. That results in an exactly concentric feed of the case into the die, free from backlash, offset or angular error.

The Turban Heavy Präzipress is manufactured entirely in a German engineering workshop. All components are made from solid, high-strength material, CNC machined, precision-ground and hard-chromed. The linear guides and hinge pins of the press run in wear-resistant, maintenance-free plain bearing bushes.
