The Turban Heavy Präzipress 120 mm is a top-tier single-stage press. With its triple-guided design and play-free mechanics, it delivers exceptional dimensional accuracy and repeatability. The press aligns cases and dies perfectly with each other, ensuring precise handloads even for large-calibre cartridges.

The Heavy Präzipress 120 mm operates on the linear guidance principle, as used in high-precision stamping and forming tools in the engineering industry. Three hardened guide columns centre the ram over the entire stroke length. This design minimises play and achieves tolerances within one hundredth of a millimetre.

Conventional cast presses typically have tolerances around one tenth of a millimetre. The Präzipress is therefore about ten times more precise, completely eliminating backlash, misalignment and angular deviation. Cases and dies remain perfectly concentric, ensuring uniform seating depth and reproducible results.

All components of the press are made from solid tool steel. The ram runs smoothly and free of play in maintenance-free plain bearing bushes. The symmetrical design provides linear force transmission without any tipping moments, ensuring even pressure distribution.

The press is designed for standard shell holders and dies, and operates just like a classic O-frame press—no retraining required. Thanks to its high rigidity and precision guidance, even large cartridges such as the .408 CheyTac can be reloaded with ease.
