- Tight tolerances, smooth operation without play
- Secure bench mounting via two M16 bolts with backing plate
The Turban Präzipress 105 mm is based on a high-precision linear-guidance system with two massive columns that centre the base and head plates exactly. This technique, used in precision stamping and forming tools in mechanical engineering, ensures perfectly concentric alignment between shell holder and die.
Unlike conventional cast presses, which achieve accuracy on the order of one tenth of a millimetre, the Präzipress works in the hundredths range - roughly ten times more precise. Spindle play, angular errors and offsets are completely eliminated, so every load can be reproduced exactly.
All components of the press are CNC-machined from solid material and designed for long service life. The ram runs free of play while remaining easy to operate. The symmetrical design transfers the press force linearly to the case, preventing tipping moments. This construction guarantees consistent seating depths and constant headspace for every cartridge.
The press is ergonomically designed, intuitive to use and works without any overhead mechanics. It is perfectly suited for rifle calibres up to .338 Lapua Magnum and is a reliable tool for demanding reloaders, benchrest shooters and precision shooters.
