Is the ShotKam waterproof?

The ShotKam is rated as 100% weatherproof with an IPX6 protection class. As long as the rear cap is securely attached, the USB port remains protected, and the camera can withstand rain and accidental immersion in the field. However, the ShotKam is not suitable for underwater use.

Can I watch ShotKam videos on my smartphone?

Yes, with the free app and integrated Wi-Fi, you can view ShotKam videos directly on your smartphone. The app allows you to analyze videos frame by frame and conveniently download them at the shooting range without needing a hotspot.

Why won't my ShotKam connect to Wi-Fi?

If your ShotKam is not connecting to Wi-Fi, make sure the battery is fully charged, ideally overnight or for at least 3 hours. In Wi-Fi mode, the green and yellow LEDs should light up simultaneously. Also, check if your mobile device is compatible. A list of supported devices can be found here. If the problem persists, it is recommended to contact customer support.
