The L.E.M. Exclusive Case Cleaner uses an electromagnetically driven cleaning system. The cases are placed in the container together with water, cleaning solution and magnetic stainless steel pins. The rotating magnetic field sets the pins in motion, allowing them to remove dirt and residue from the brass cases through friction. The inside of the cases and the primer pockets are also thoroughly cleaned.
The latest version features a 24 V DC motor, electronic controls and an automatic cleaning programme. The speed can be adjusted between 600 and 2,700 rpm. In addition to the automatic programme, manual operation is also available.
With a capacity of approx. 2 kg of cases, the L.E.M. Exclusive is also suitable for larger quantities. Cleaning takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes for handgun cases and 20 to 30 minutes for rifle cases.
