The Kahles K540i 5-40x56i riflescope delivers an outstanding combination of flexibility and situational awareness, thanks to its 8x zoom and a 40% wider field of view compared to the K525i. The exceptionally comfortable eyebox ensures a relaxed sight picture, even at maximum magnification. In addition, the patented parallax adjustment integrated into the elevation turret allows precise focusing from 20 m to infinity. The windage turret can be positioned on either the left or right side and is equipped with Kahles’ TWIST GUARD anti-rotation system to prevent accidental adjustment. With precise illuminated reticles in the first focal plane and absolutely reliable repeatability, the K540i is a highly dependable riflescope for demanding long-range shooters.

K540i REFINED – uncompromising performance

With the REFINED generation, the Kahles K540i 5-40x56i has been purposefully further developed. The proven performance has been refined in detail and operation has been optimised even further for real-world long-range conditions. The core optical and mechanical platform of the riflescope remains unchanged, but several practical improvements have been implemented to further enhance control, clarity and repeatability, especially in dynamic shooting situations.

10 MIL windage adjustment: Transfer of the proven 10 MIL logic from the elevation turret to the windage turret for fast, safe wind corrections without over-adjustment.
Optimised parallax wheel geometry: Improved grip and more precise operation in all conditions, even when wearing gloves or with complex mounting setups.
Updated reticle layouts: Integration of the latest reticle generations (SKMR4(+), SKMR(+), MSR2/Ki) with improved structure and readability.
Further optimised field of view: Increased and more uniform field-of-view coverage for better situational awareness and faster target transitions.

Optical performance and flexibility

The 8x zoom allows magnification from 5x to 40x, making the Kahles K540i 5-40x56i particularly well suited for longer distances. Optical quality remains consistently high across the entire adjustment range, ensuring precise target acquisition at all times.

Illuminated reticle in the first focal plane

With the reticle positioned in the first focal plane, the reticle scales with the selected magnification. This ensures that subtensions and holdover values remain consistent across the entire magnification range.

Intuitive operation thanks to integrated parallax adjustment

The parallax adjustment is centrally integrated into the elevation turret, allowing for intuitive handling. Depending on the model, the windage turret can be positioned on the left or right side and is fitted with the TWIST GUARD anti-rotation system, which prevents accidental adjustment.
