The AutoTrickler V4 is a compact powder dispenser that requires no manual adjustments during use.
For powder dispensing, the AutoTrickler V4 uses two differently designed dispensing tubes. The larger tube features deep spiral grooves and initially handles fast dispensing at a flow rate of up to approx. 50 gr/s. Dispensing slows down approximately 1 to 2 grains before the set target weight is reached. The smaller tube then takes over fine dispensing and completes the powder charge with high precision.
The powder dispenser is suitable for both fine ball powders such as CFE223 and H335 and large-grain powders such as N570 and H50BMG. A green indicator light beneath the transparent acrylic plate shows when the desired charge weight has been reached.
Both dispensing tubes are driven directly by timing belts. The integrated motors feature short, fixed wiring, while the electronics can be replaced if necessary. A transparent acrylic plate and soft silicone pads reduce vibration and noise while keeping the system stable and level.
Control via Bluetooth App
The Bluetooth app allows the speed to be adjusted, enabling you to individually select the balance between fast dispensing and precision. Firmware updates also allow for future adjustments and improvements to the device's performance.
Removable Powder Hopper
The powder hopper features a rotary valve and can be easily removed from the device for emptying. While the valve is open, the hopper is locked into the housing. At the same time, the design prevents the powder reservoir from being opened, reducing the risk of accidentally spilling powder.
Note: The AutoTrickler V4 does not function as a standalone powder dispenser. It has been specifically designed for use with an A&D FX or FZ scale in the 120i, 200i, 300i or 500i series. Due to its fast response time and precision, the manufacturer particularly recommends the A&D FX-120i.
