High sensor resolution for precise detection
The voxel-based thermal sensor with 1024 × 768 pixels works in combination with a bright 50 mm lens (F50/1.0) to deliver an exceptionally detailed image. This makes the Pulsar Merger XL50 ideal for wildlife observation in dense terrain or over long distances. Even with weak heat signatures like roe deer or in poor weather conditions, the image remains stable and high-resolution.
Built-in laser rangefinder up to 1,000 m
The integrated LRF (laser rangefinder) precisely measures distances up to 1,000 m at the press of a button. Both single and scan measurements are possible, helping you estimate distances better and navigate unfamiliar terrain or follow-up searches with confidence.
Improved ergonomics and user comfort
The Pulsar Merger XL50 features a classic binocular design and a symmetrical body for a stable, balanced grip. All controls are centrally located and easy to operate even with gloves. Diopter adjustment and interpupillary distance can be set to your preference.
Dual battery system for extended operation
Thanks to the combined battery system (built-in + APS3), the thermal binocular offers up to 10 hours of runtime. The external battery can be replaced on the go without powering down the device.
Rugged magnesium housing with IPX7 protection
The housing is made of a durable magnesium alloy, waterproof to IPX7 standards, shock-resistant, and built to withstand temperatures from –25 °C to +50 °C – ideal for challenging outdoor conditions.
